If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Work through these in order.
Extra characters
Copying YOHAIG from a webpage often brings a trailing space with it. A space before or after the code can cause a silent failure. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.
Registration was already complete
Once the account is created, the field is gone. Customer service cannot apply a code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. Nothing recovers it on an existing account.
- The deposit was below the minimum
Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. A deposit below ₦100 does not activate the offer. Some take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.
Details missing
bet9ja promo code holds bonuses until the account is verified. Check that you clicked the verification link and filled in the remaining profile fields.
- The one-per-household rule was triggered
The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. Sharing a router or a bank card with a previous claimant produces a rejection. The restriction is enforced automatically.
Funds locked
Bonus funds sit in a separate balance from your cash balance. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Bets below 3.00 do not count and will draw from cash instead. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.
Next step
Raise it with bet9ja promo code support, who can see what was recorded against the account. They can confirm whether a bet9ja promotion code code was attached, which resolves the question one way or the other.
If you have not registered yet, avoid all of the above by entering YOHAIG at sign-up and depositing at least ₦100.
